So you've found your dice doesn't result in the numbers you wanted
1. Check your dice has a working wifi connection or is connected via an ethernet cable
2. Check for any weights, dents, holes, or damage to the dice
3. Check you didn't already use all your luck in Fall Guys. The Big LAN staff can check this for you.
4. Check you have not assigned your own IP address
5. Attempt to ping The Big LAN Router. Roll a 10 on your D20 and a 6 on your D8 to launch cmd
